Mission / History
Formed in January 2008, the Klamath Basin OHV Club was started with approximately 150 members to pursue the interests of the OHV community in a new way. We recognized that the responsible use of our public trails is being threatened. Klamath Basin OHV Club was based on our love of the OHV experience regardless of the type of vehicle we chose to achieve it on. Our mission first and foremost would be to partner with multiple clubs and agencies to successfully negotiate the National Forest Services’ Travel Management Plan. We are a family driven club, always remembering that today's child is tomorrow's future. By preserving our right to access public land on OHV’s, we are preserving our way of life for generations to come. We are also a large believer in giving back to the community that we live in by donating time and funds to help clean up dumpsites, adopt families and community areas, and just over all be available when we are needed for our special niche. We look forward to working with our new partners to help preserve our right to forest access for all people.
